How to deliver a quick ReMe demo (face to face)

This video presents a summary of the benefits for a care business using ReMe.

This video shows you the content that should be presented in a demo in a care facility.

How this demo takes place will vary and will be determined by the prospect. It may either just be yourself with carers and management, or they may wish to establish the reaction of residents to the system being presented. This is especially likely if you are presenting tech that is integrated with ReMe, such as activities and the Touch table.

This overview video provides the key elements that should be presented within every demo in some form or other so that the prospect will appreciate the power and capabilities of the ReMe actiity delivery and data collection process.

How to deliver a full ReMe demo (remote)

This video shows you the standard demo process. Whilst every demo is different and will depend on what the client is looking for, this video will provide you with the basic building blocks of the demo.

For example, if there are residents present, then you will need to focus on delivering activities and show the management functionality later, but still will want to make clear the data collecting, reporting and ROI capabilities of ReMe.  Whilst if you are demoing to management, then there will be more focus on ROI and revenue generating tools. If carers are the main audience, then it will pay to make ReMe look very simple and fun to use.

Please remember the following key elements;

  1. Ensure you demo the Readymade activities first followed by the Residents activities, and do so in as fun a way as possible.
  2. Collect over time care anecdotes, examples, stories, jokes to make demoing ReMe fun. For that’s part of its purpose and a prospect needs to see and feel that they have had fun with ReMe.
  3. Only present the ReMe administrative module at the end.
  4. But that said ensure that the following key points are made:
    1. ReMe’s Activity based software that captures ELR (Electronic Life Records), our unique data set used to;
      1. bespoke activities and enhance person centred care
      2. enable GDPR compliancy through the resident enrolment process
      3. enable hospital engagement and better step down
  5. ReMe provides on the job person centred care training and an inbuilt (often free) CPD accredited e-learning package, called ReMeLearn.
  6. Provides quantified CQC reporting for Regs 9 and 10 (person centred care and dignity and respect).
  7. ReMe offers numerous in built ROI tools including;
    1. Client acquisition package
    2. Alexa integration
    3. In room entertainment and remote resident management package

Bottom line …. ReMe must be seen as fun yet powerful.
